About Chef Trent
After a nearly 20 year career as a chef for local restaraunts, Chef Trent Laubach launced Trent's Catering to provide a casual, yet fine dining experience across Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Central Susquehanna Valley.  

Chef Trent specializes in Italian and American cuisine, seafood, BBQ, and steaks.  Book a consult today!

Dinner with Trent at Maria Assunta Society

Trent's Catering will be hosting dinner every Friday and Saturday from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Maria Assunta Society in Berwick. Reservations are helpful 570-759-2077 but Walk-ins are always welcome!

Trent's Catering hosts dinner every Thursday, Friday, Saturday (every other) Sunday, and Monday from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Maria Assunta in Berwick. Call ahead for reservations and scheduling changes.  

Walk-ins are always welcome.

The Maria Assunta Society is open to the public Wednesday - Monday.  Annual membership fees to drink are $10.

Pop-up restaurants offer Chef Trent a unique stage to showcase his creativity, crafting dishes that reflect his exceptional culinary artistry in a setting designed to complement his vision.

Each event is curated to be the perfect dining experience—an enchanting atmosphere unlike anything you’ve encountered before.

Our goal is to delight every one of your senses and provide a relaxing, memorable evening shared with friends and family.

Every course is thoughtfully timed to create a beautiful rhythm to your meal, leaving you satisfied, never overwhelmed, and always eager for the next bite.

Detail: Dinner starts at 6pm. $80 per person. Cash, Check or Venmo. We pair our dishes with wine.  Emails will follow with further instruction.
